SHIPPING POLICIES


We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

 

The Olde Mill Lighting brand of lights are HANDCRAFTED here in the USA (Lancaster County, PA) with the utmost care, therefore SHIP TIME approx. 4 to 6 weeks for most orders.  In the event of a delay we will notify you by email or phone.  Most wrought iron lights are shipped to you directly from our supplier and should arrive in 5-10 business days.  Lt. Moses Willard fixtures run 10 weeks. 

Items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered via the United States Postal Service as are light bulb and replacement sleeve orders.  Some of our items cannot be shipped outside the 48 states or overseas.  Call if you have questions concerning custom work.  (717)299-2512.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

      Shipping is based on a percentage of the item purchased.  Wrought Iron items have a $10.00 drop ship fee added to the Shipping Fee.  We do not stock the wrought iron items so that is why the extra charge.

TAXES

 

     We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Olde Mill Lighting is required to charge Pennsylvania sales tax on all orders placed and shipped within Pennsylvania.

We accept American Express,  Discover,  Mastercard,  Visa.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us by phone at 717-299-2512 or by e-mail oldemillhouse@comcast.net

All damage claims must be filed by the customer with the delivering carrier within 3 days, keep original packing carton and materials for carrier inspection. Call Olde Mill Lighting for replacement only after contacting carrier.

WARRANTIES

All of our fixtures are handcrafted using the highest of standards and quality of materials. Most fixtures pictured are UL Listed.  Our fixtures are guaranteed to last many life times. However, human error and conditions of nature can and do have detrimental effects upon our products. Therefore, we will guarantee the quality of our lights for as long as you own them, against problems associated with their assembly. Problems associated with natural deterioration, or human error are not guaranteed, but we will aid in their rectification for a fee.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom styling and handcrafted workmanship of our fixtures our Return Policy is as follows: Stock orders (items shipped within 7 - 10 days and currently listed in Olde Mill Lighting's product line.) must be returned within 14 days of ship date. All returns must be authorized by calling 717-299-2512 before returning and must be accompanied by an original receipt. Non-stock orders (items not shipped within 7 - 10 days or custom designed or custom modified fixtures) under $2000.00 cannot be refunded. All such orders can be exchanged for fixtures of equal or greater value if Olde Mill Lighting is notified of such an exchange within 14 days of ship date! All exchanges must be authorized by calling 717-299-2512 before returning and must be accompanied by an original receipt. Non-stock orders over $2000.00 same as above. In addition, such orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based upon total invoice.
